Delmar Lane: A 1947 Renewal

This 1947 single-owner home had remained virtually untouched since its construction, a rare time capsule of original finishes and details. Our vision was to honor its history while reimagining it for the way families live today.

As a full-service design-build team, we led the project from early concept and spatial planning through design detailing, material selection, and construction execution. Every step reflected a balance between preservation and modernization; respecting the home’s integrity while introducing contemporary functionality and comfort.

Natural light and connection drove the design. By opening sightlines, refining circulation, and restoring key architectural elements, we created a home that feels expansive yet true to its origins. The material palette included warm woods, soft neutrals, and timeless textures that bridge the past and present, celebrating authenticity and craftsmanship."

This transformation is both a preservation and a renewal: a home that tells its original story while embracing a new chapter. The result is a thoughtful, enduring space that embodies the client’s trust, our team’s integrated design-build approach, and the timeless beauty of a home reimagined with care.
